The Role

You will take over an established caseload of residential conveyancing matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion. The caseload includes first registrations, apartments, new build properties, Right to Buy transactions, transfers of equity, probate sales and buy to let matters. This is a client facing role offering a high degree of autonomy, with the support of an experienced team and the opportunity to build long term client relationships while delivering an exceptional standard of service.

The Candidate

Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers with a proven track record of independently managing a busy residential property caseload. You will possess excellent technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing, together with strong organisational, communication and client care skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, self motivated and capable of working independently whilst contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
