Job Overview

Residential Conveyancer, fully remote UK, £35k–£60k. Flexible hours, manageable workloads, strong support and genuine cover when you take annual leave.

If you’re an experienced Residential Conveyancer, this is an opportunity to change how your working week feels, not simply where you work.

You’ll work fully remotely with flexible start and finish times, a deliberately managed workload and colleagues who share responsibility for keeping transactions moving. There’s also specialist support around key stages of the conveyancing process, so everything doesn’t land on your desk.

Importantly, the team covers one another when someone is away. Take annual leave and the team takes over with no individual caseload, giving you the chance to properly switch off rather than worrying about what you’ll return to.

What’s Different About This Role

  • Your workload is deliberately managed. The working model is designed to leave sensible capacity rather than treating maximum utilisation as the goal.
  • Overtime is discouraged and paid if it is required.
  • You’re not left carrying everything alone. Residential matters are handled collaboratively based on priority, meaning you don’t become a bottleneck overloaded with deadlines and angry clients.
  • Clients are automatically updated for you. They’ve built a system that does all the updating for you, so you aren’t constantly having to answer the phone and this is proved by their stellar reviews.
  • Annual leave means being able to switch off. The team covers work for colleagues who are away, so matters can continue progressing rather than simply accumulating until you return.
  • There’s support around the transaction. Dedicated colleagues assist with key stages and administrative elements of the conveyancing process, allowing you to concentrate more of your time on substantive legal work and clients.
  • You get flexibility without sacrificing development. The role is fully remote with flexible start and finish times, alongside mentoring, structured 1:1s and opportunities to move towards leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
