Job Overview
Residential Conveyancer, fully remote UK, £35k–£60k. Flexible hours, manageable workloads, strong support and genuine cover when you take annual leave.
If you’re an experienced Residential Conveyancer, this is an opportunity to change how your working week feels, not simply where you work.
You’ll work fully remotely with flexible start and finish times, a deliberately managed workload and colleagues who share responsibility for keeping transactions moving. There’s also specialist support around key stages of the conveyancing process, so everything doesn’t land on your desk.
Importantly, the team covers one another when someone is away. Take annual leave and the team takes over with no individual caseload, giving you the chance to properly switch off rather than worrying about what you’ll return to.

The Work
- Progress residential sales and purchases across freehold and leasehold property
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to move transactions forward
- Handle the substantive legal aspects of residential conveyancing matters
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout their transaction
- Use technology and internal support to reduce unnecessary administration
What We’re Looking For
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx professional with 3+ years’ PQE; or an experienced unqualified Conveyancer with around 5–6+ years’ experience running files independently
- Strong residential conveyancing experience across sales and purchases
- Confident dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, remortages and transfers of equity
- Capable of working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative approach
- Comfortable using technology as part of an efficient conveyancing process
