Location: Bridgend / Flexible Office Locations Available
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
TSR Legal are delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded law firm with their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking to join a supportive and professional environment where you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while being part of a successful and collaborative team.
The successful candidate will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality service to clients and working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties throughout the transaction process
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Experience as a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
