An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing regional law firm as it continues to invest in its Sheffield office. This role offers the chance to manage your own caseload while playing a key part in developing and expanding the conveyancing team.

This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive looking to take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth of the team's presence in Sheffield. You'll be supported by an experienced Conveyancing Assistant from day one, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent client experience.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients across a broad range of matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership and other residential property matters

Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to help develop and grow the conveyancing offering in Sheffield as the team continues to expand.

About You

  • Possess upwards of 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Can confidently manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to the growth of a successful team.
