The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and successful Conveyancing team in Swindon. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while delivering an exceptional standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Providing a high standard of client service at all times
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment
- Maintaining accurate case management records and documentation
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters when required
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Professional and client-focused approach
