The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and successful Conveyancing team in Swindon. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while delivering an exceptional standard of client care.

This role would suit a proactive, organised, and client-focused individual who enjoys building strong relationships and working as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Providing a high standard of client service at all times
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
  • Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Maintaining accurate case management records and documentation

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters when required
  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional and client-focused approach
