The Role
A nationally rated, specialist law firm is currently seeking to recruit an ambitious, experienced Conveyancing Fee-Earner to join their thriving property team. - Setting up files
- Completing commission surveys and reports
- Dealing with sale and purchase transactions from initial instruction through to post completion
- Meeting both time recording and billing targets
- Producing letters, documents, and reports throughout the lifecycle of a transaction
The Candidate
Applications are sought from individuals who can demonstrate they have at least 3 years of experience as a Fee Earner in all aspects of residential conveyancing and must also possess a legal qualification. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in:
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- Reading and interpreting building survey reports
Experience in reading and interpreting building survey reports will provide applicants with a distinct advantage.
