Residential Conveyancing Lawyer Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a fantastic Private Practice law firm as 2nd in command of the team with future opportunities as a Partner.
This role will suit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload and the drive to develop their career.
You will handle a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build transactions and transfers of equity. The work is of high value due to the nature of the location.

About You
- 2 years experience of Conveyancing
- Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Friendly and collaborative work ethic
- Well driven to develop your career
- Clear and concise in communicating with clients, estate agents and opposite conveyancers
- Confident in building and maintaining effective working relationships
