Residential Conveyancer Cardiff (Hybrid Working Available)

TSR Legal are partnering with a highly regarded, long-established law firm in Cardiff that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and well-supported property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong reputation across South Wales for delivering exceptional client service and maintaining long-term relationships built on trust and quality.

The Cardiff office is a key part of the firm's continued growth, offering a modern working environment, a collaborative culture, and a steady, high-quality flow of residential property work.

The Role

You will take responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions
  • New build and help-to-buy/shared ownership matters (desirable but not essential)
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Ensuring smooth progression of transactions with a strong focus on service and communication
  • Working closely with support staff to maintain efficiency and high standards across your caseload

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
  • Have proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Be confident handling transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Have excellent client care and communication skills
  • Be organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a busy environment
