Residential Conveyancer

Devizes or Swindon | Full-Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking for a firm that genuinely prioritises quality over quantity?

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a highly regarded, long-established law firm in Wiltshire that is looking to expand its Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive who is looking to move away from high-volume conveyancing and join a firm where client service comes first.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

Unlike many firms in the current market, this firm has built its reputation on providing an exceptional client experience rather than competing on price. Their philosophy is simple: charge appropriately, keep caseloads manageable and give lawyers the time and support they need to deliver an outstanding service.

This means you'll benefit from:

  • Manageable caseloads, allowing you to focus on quality rather than volume.
  • Dedicated 1:1 legal support, with your own assistant.
  • A specialist post-completion team to handle registrations and administrative tasks.
  • Modern case management systems and excellent IT infrastructure.
  • A loyal client base with a high level of repeat and referral work.
  • A collaborative and genuinely supportive working environment where people enjoy coming to work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
