An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm. This is a fantastic chance to manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters while working in a supportive, close-knit team environment.
The Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Handling a wide range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and leasehold transactions
- Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team of property specialists
- Delivering excellent client care while running files efficiently and effectively

About You To Be Considered, You Will Ideally Have
- Strong experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent)
- A proven ability to handle a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Experience in all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to progress your career
