The Role
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish
- Handling new build transactions, shared ownership matters, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Reviewing titles, preparing contracts, and raising enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers, and other solicitors throughout the transaction
- Progressing files efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of client care
- Building long-term relationships with clients and professional introducers

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
- Someone who thrives in an ambitious, forward-thinking, and supportive environment
