Some of the key responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload (including sales, purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively develop new client prospects
- Provide a first-class service to clients with regular communication and updates
- Be an ambassador for the firm externally

The successful candidate will have
- 4 + years as a qualified conveyancer (Solicitor/ CILEX etc)
- Able to manage and develop your own caseload
- Ideally you will have a following or professional network to bring
- Excellent technical skills coupled with a strong commercial mindset
- Strong IT skills particularly case management systems
