Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, Full-Time or Part-Time Considered, GBP Competitive (DOE)
A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 4751.
The Role
You will join a supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to clients across the region. The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with appropriate administrative support. Your caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgage
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Buy-to-let purchases and investments
- General residential property advice

Skills Required
Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
- Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service
