Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, GBP Excellent Salary (DOE)

A new role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a new challenge in their career.

JOB REF: 4755

The Role

You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Buy-to-let property transactions
  • Investment portfolio acquisitions
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build and shared ownership matters
  • General residential conveyancing advice

You will be confident dealing with residential property matters from start to finish with minimal supervision. While previous experience acting for property investors would be beneficial, the firm is happy to provide training for candidates who have limited exposure to this area but are enthusiastic about working with investment clients.

Skills Required

Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Year PQE. You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment.
