Residential Conveyancer | Bristol office
Established National firm
Salary: Up to £65,000+ (DOE)
An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing Bristol team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor looking to join a friendly, collaborative and supportive conveyancing team within a modern Bristol office. The team is continuing to grow, making this an exciting time to join the practice and play an important role in its continued success.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team where colleagues work closely together, communicate regularly and make the most of being in the office. The working environment is open, welcoming and genuinely collaborative.
The Role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters while working closely with colleagues and support staff.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Providing a consistently high level of client service
- Contributing positively to the wider team and supporting the continued growth of the department
- Supporting junior team members and support staff
About You
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing. The firm are open to candidates with varying levels of post-qualification experience, provided you have the technical knowledge and confidence to manage a conveyancing caseload.
You will ideally have:
- Qualified Conveyancer (Any route)
- 3+ years experience within residential conveyancing
- The ability to manage your own caseload effectively
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

The team places real value on face-to-face collaboration, with colleagues regularly checking in with each other and making good use of their time together in the office. The role is therefore ideally five days a week office-based, reflecting the way the existing team works and collaborates.
