Residential Conveyancer, 6+ Years PQE, Bristol, GBP 65,000+ (DOE) : This role would suit a confident residential property professional who enjoys a varied caseload, takes pride in delivering excellent client service and is ready to take on additional responsibility within a supportive team. JOB REF:5170

The Role

You will manage a broad range of residential property matters, taking responsibility for your files from the initial instruction through to completion and beyond.

  • You will have regular contact with clients and other professionals, providing clear advice and keeping matters progressing efficiently.
  • Alongside your own caseload, you'll be a valued point of support for colleagues, sharing your experience and helping less experienced members of the team develop their knowledge and confidence.

Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.

  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law
  • The ability to manage a varied caseload independently

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence communicating with clients and building trusted relationships
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
  • Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising colleagues
  • A positive and collaborative approach to working within a team
  • The resilience and adaptability to perform effectively in a busy environment
