About The Role
A Residential Conveyancer is sought by a legal firm in Wiltshire, offering a full-time, hybrid working pattern. The salary range is £45,000 to £52,500 per annum, dependent on experience. This role involves managing a varied caseload of property transactions, delivering clear legal guidance, and liaising with clients and estate agents. Candidates should possess proven conveyancing experience, strong organisational abilities, and a composed manner. The position requires meticulous attention to compliance and deadlines while upholding professional standards. This is a permanent contract suited to a solicitor or licensed conveyancer with at least one year of post-qualification experience.

The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
