An established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team in Bristol.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload while supporting the wider team and maintaining high standards of client service.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential property caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Managing transactions efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing clear and practical legal advice throughout the conveyancing process
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other relevant parties
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based records
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required
- Acting as a positive ambassador for the firm

Requirements
- Solicitor, FCILEx qualified or CLC registered
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing
- Detailed understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction to completion
- Experience supervising, supporting, or mentoring colleagues would be advantageous
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a busy and collaborative environment
- Competent using IT systems and case management software
