The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a well established and growing law firm. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion including sales, purchases, remortgages and Help to Buy transactions. Experience of commercial property matters would be advantageous, providing additional variety to the role. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will play an active role in supporting and developing the conveyancing team, helping to drive the continued success and growth of the department. This is an excellent opportunity to take on genuine responsibility within a supportive and forward thinking environment.

The Candidate

Applications are sought from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancer Fee Earners with a minimum of 2 years experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload. You will possess strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions and be confident handling matters independently from instruction through to completion. Previous experience leading or supervising a team would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and client care skills, together with a proactive approach to business development, networking and building long term client relationships.
