Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a supportive and established team, managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion for a broad and diverse client base. The role will involve handling the full range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, providing practical, commercially focused advice and an exceptional standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process.

Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, with experienced Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and Solicitors with the relevant expertise also encouraged.
