TSR Legal are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly regarded and progressive law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving property team in Cirencester.

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion. The role would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering a high-quality service.
You will work alongside an experienced and collaborative team with dedicated administrative support, allowing you to focus on providing an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
- Handling:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Providing practical, commercial advice to clients throughout the transaction.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of residential property transactions.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
