Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a well-established law firm in Brynmawr, who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong residential conveyancing experience who is confident in running their own files from instruction through to completion.

The successful candidate will join a supportive legal team and benefit from a hybrid working arrangement, offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to work within a well-established law firm.

Location: Brynmawr / Hybrid
Salary: £35,000–£50,000+ depending on experience and qualification
Working Pattern: Full-time

Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancer:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Run your own files independently, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations.
  • Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property transactions.
  • Draft, review and negotiate relevant legal documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Conduct and review property searches, title checks and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients throughout the transaction.
  • Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
