RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER
Salary: £45k+
Location: Remote (Or Hybrid/in-office at one of the Wiltshire offices)
We're looking for a Residential Conveyancer with strong remote working experience to join a growing property team at a very exciting time. This is an ideal role for someone who has solid exposure to all types of conveyancing files, can work unsupervised, and has strong remote experience in conveyancing.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for carrying a mixed residential caseload of freehold, leasehold, and new build sales, purchases and remortgages with the help of specialist onboarding and post-completion teams. This role has the potential to also come with the assistance of a designated paralegal.

What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years carrying a mixed residential caseload
- Experience working remotely/unsupervised
- Excellent standards of client care
- Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for mentoring junior members of staff
- A history of strong billing
