Residential Conveyancer

A leading law firm in Sheffield is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established and highly regarded property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who wants to work with good-quality residential property matters, alongside a supportive and experienced team, within a firm that offers genuine career development and flexible hybrid working.
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality service to clients and working closely with colleagues, agents and other professionals throughout the transaction.
The role will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Providing clear, professional advice to clients.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and service.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years' fee-earning residential conveyancing experience.
You will ideally be:
- An experienced residential conveyancer with a strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Client-focused, organised and commercially aware.
- Confident communicating with clients and professional contacts.
- Someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
