Residential Conveyancer

Sheffield
Salary up to £55k

A leading law firm in Sheffield is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established and highly regarded property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who wants to work with good-quality residential property matters, alongside a supportive and experienced team, within a firm that offers genuine career development and flexible hybrid working.

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality service to clients and working closely with colleagues, agents and other professionals throughout the transaction.

The role will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
  • Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Providing clear, professional advice to clients.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
  • Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures.
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and service.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years' fee-earning residential conveyancing experience.

You will ideally be:

  • An experienced residential conveyancer with a strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Client-focused, organised and commercially aware.
  • Confident communicating with clients and professional contacts.
  • Someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
