Tell me more about the role…

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Administrator to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team, based at our Leicester office.

This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful applicant will ideally have some experience of working within a busy residential property team, although this is not essential. You will also be IT literate and committed, ideally with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.

Responsibilities…

This is a full and busy role and will include the following:

  • Supporting the Leicester Team.
  • Dealing with initial paperwork.
  • Issuing draft contracts.
  • General administration.
  • Dealing directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
  • Supporting other members of the team whenever possible.
  • Post completion responsibilities including the submission of SDLT and Land Registry applications.

Requirements

You will have the ability to confidently manage your own workload, prioritize effectively, have excellent communication skills, and be a team player. Some residential conveyancing experience is preferred, and the ability to work within a busy team is essential. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will require a DBS check.
