Residential Property Senior Solicitor/Associate | Edinburgh | Hybrid Working

One of Scotland's leading and private client-focused law firm's is seeking a Residential Property Senior Solicitor/Associate to join its established Land & Property team based in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least 2-3 years' post-qualification experience in Scottish residential conveyancing to join a respected practice known for delivering exceptional client service, high-quality work, and a collaborative working environment.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Transfers of title
  • Re-financing transactions
  • General residential property advisory work
  • Cross-border property matters in collaboration with colleagues in England & Wales

The successful candidate will work closely with a range of specialists across private client, tax, family, employment, and business law teams to deliver comprehensive advice tailored to clients' individual circumstances.

About You

You will:

  • Be Scottish qualified and have a minimum of 2-3 years' residential property experience
  • Have experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Demonstrate excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Be commercially aware, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Possess strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion
  • Enjoy building long-term client relationships and referral networks
  • Thrive in a collaborative and professional environment
