Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate with at least 5+ years PQE to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for an established conveyancer who has a strong track record, delivers an outstanding client experience, and has an existing following/referral network.

You Will

  • Manage Your Own Caseload From Instruction Through To Completion
  • Handle a Broad Range Of Residential Property Matters, Including (but Not Limited To):
    • Sales and purchases
    • Freehold and leasehold transactions
    • Remortgages
    • Shared ownership
    • Lease Extensions

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships through active business development, clear and practical advice, and through the delivery of exceptional client service.

About You

  • 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licenced Conveyancer
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An established following, client base, and/or professional network
  • The ability and appetite to generate new business and develop existing collaborative relationships
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
  • Confidence using case management systems and modern conveyancing technology
