Role Description
This is a full-time, qualified Residential Conveyancing role based in either Chester or St Asaph. The role involves managing a caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related title work. The successful candidate will draft and review contracts and other legal documentation, carry out due diligence and property searches, and liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.

Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor/Cilex/Licenced Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing within England and Wales.
- Strong knowledge of property law, Land Registry requirements, mortgage processes, and regulatory/compliance frameworks, including Law Society and Lexcel standards.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
- Effective file management and organisational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a busy caseload to deadlines.
- Competence in using legal case management systems and common IT tools, with willingness to adopt new technology to support efficient working practices.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with colleagues across offices, contribute to a positive team culture, and support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical, non-discriminatory, and inclusive practice in all aspects of work.
- Experience in local or regional residential property markets and a track record of delivering high-quality client service is highly beneficial.
