Job Opportunity: Legal Secretary in Belper
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a busy residential conveyancing support team in Belper. My client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the residential conveyancing team.
- Undertake audio typing and digital dictation.
- Prepare and manage correspondence and legal documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the conveyancing process.
- Use IT systems efficiently to support the day-to-day running of the department.

About You
- Previous legal services and/or residential conveyancing experience (desirable).
- Strong secretarial skills, including audio typing/digital dictation.
- Excellent IT and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
