Department: Residential Conveyancing

Location: Derby, UK

Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Residential Conveyancing team as a Residential Conveyancing New Business Executive.

We have one of the largest residential conveyancing teams in the Midlands and Yorkshire and are renowned for our excellent customer care and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

We are currently investing heavily in the future growth of our Residential Conveyancing service, with a renewed focus on client experience, enquiry conversion, referral relationships and business development.

This newly created role will play a vital part in that growth strategy and would be ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and converting opportunities into new business.

You will be the first person many prospective clients interact with. First impressions count, and we are looking for someone who can provide an exceptional client experience from the very first conversation.

Working closely with our Residential Conveyancing, Business Development and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, discussing quotations, following up prospective clients and helping convert opportunities into instructions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a role where your contribution can have a direct impact on departmental growth and success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
