A respected Lanarkshire law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy and successful property department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable conveyancing professional who can manage their own workload whilst benefiting from the support of an experienced team and dedicated administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Taking on new instructions
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation including offers, qualified acceptances, mortgage instructions, dispositions, standard securities, property questionnaires, and registration forms
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate records using the firm's case management system
About You
- Experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
- Ability to manage files independently (supervision and support is available)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and client-focused approach
