The Role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive), you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions and help drive the success of the firm’s conveyancing services. You will play a pivotal role in delivering legal guidance to clients and ensuring the smooth progression of each conveyance.

  • Manage and oversee a wide range of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
  • Provide clear and pragmatic legal advice and support to clients throughout the entire process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, standards, and best practices at all times.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for personal and departmental development.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer with strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Efficient at managing multiple cases simultaneously and effectively.
  • Keen interest in career development and leadership within a collaborative team.
