For an Experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to run your own caseload and support the Head of Department with supervising & developing other members of the team.

Your Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

  • Handle a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Assist the Head of Department with supervising & mentoring
  • Work closely with the in-house support team - for onboarding, post-completion, and business support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other property professionals

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of property transactions, title reviews, and leasehold matters.
  • Candidates based in Plymouth or with strong local connections are welcome to apply, as are those looking to relocate
  • Any managerial experience would be beneficial, but not essential
