About The Role

Based in Sheffield, this full-time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor position offers a salary between £40,000 and £58,000, dependent on experience. You will independently manage a caseload of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions from initial instruction through to completion. The firm seeks a solicitor with at least three years’ PQE who can deliver a high standard of client care while handling their own matters. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently are essential for this role. The Role

Join a well respected law firm seeking to expand its thriving Sheffield office with the appointment of a talented and highly ambitious Residential Conveyancer. The successful candidate will independently manage high quality residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters. This role requires you to deliver high standards of service to a loyal and growing client base whilst simultaneously supporting junior members of the team and contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives who can demonstrate at least 3 years of experience handling various residential conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will possess the ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload, demonstrate excellent client care, have strong communication skills and be able to effectively manage and prioritise a demanding caseload. In addition to this, a proactive, team-orientated approach coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client service will be extremely beneficial to the application process.
