Residential Conveyancing Solicitor | Team Leader | Cardiff
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a highly regarded and long-established law firm in Cardiff, stepping into a senior leadership position within its thriving property department.
This role offers the chance to take on a well-structured caseload from day one, lead a capable and settled team, and play a pivotal part in shaping the ongoing development of the residential conveyancing offering. Rather than being responsible for building work from the ground up, you will benefit from a steady flow of high-quality instructions generated through the firms strong reputation, loyal client base, and consistent referral network.
Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will take responsibility for guiding the residential property team, ensuring consistently high standards of client care while also supporting the development and progression of junior colleagues. The role offers genuine scope to influence how the department operates, from refining processes through to contributing to broader strategic growth.

The Role
- Lead and oversee a residential conveyancing team based in Cardiff
- Manage a varied and steady caseload of residential property matters
- Support, mentor, and develop junior fee earners and support staff
- Work closely with senior leadership to enhance and grow the department
- Maintain excellent levels of client service aligned with firm values
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, introducers, and professional contacts
