Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: London City
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
PQE: NQ–1 Year Minimum
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bromley.
You will join an experienced and supportive conveyancing team, working closely with a respected Partner while managing your own caseload and continuing to develop your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Deal with Landlord & Tenant transactions, including negotiated leases
- Provide clear and up-to-date legal advice to clients
- Deliver a high standard of client care
- Work collaboratively within a busy and supportive team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- NQ–1 year PQE minimum
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working within a busy team
