Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Macclesfield – Up to £50,000 plus bonuses
New role to join one of Cheshire's largest law firms with multiple offices, showing no signs of slowing down, and as such are now requiring a Residential Solicitor.

What you will be doing
- Responsible for high volume case load of residential files
- Experienced in established procedures, regulatory requirements, and service level expectations
- Must possess strong technical expertise across the full residential transaction lifecycle.
- Using Proclaim CRM and operate both paperless and paper systems
What you will have
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- A high degree of IT proficiency is essential
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of residential technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
- Proven ability to independently manage a varied caseload
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations, including AML and client due diligence requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client care skills
- Advanced IT literacy with experience using legal case management systems and digital workflow tools
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and a process driven approach to matter management
- Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to departmental performance objectives
