Job Description: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to support our client in the Real Estate sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer with residential conveyancing experience to step into a hands-on, dedicated role and have a real impact on how the organisation operates their in-house legal capability in relation to affordable housing.
Location
The role is based in London with a hybrid working policy of 2-3 days in the office per week, however this is negotiable. Our client is open to considering applications from people who can commit to working 3 – 5 days per week over a 12-month period.
Requirements
Strong applicants will have:
- Strong practical experience of Residential Conveyancing law, including shared ownership and plot sales
- Hands-on experience handling complex matters within a high-volume caseload.
- Experience or willingness to supervise and manage paralegals and allocate their work
- A minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience as a Solicitor
- Availability to start at short notice (September 2026)
