Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a forward-thinking conveyancing department based on a retail business park approximately 15 miles outside of Cardiff, where innovation meets expertise. This dynamic and growing team is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a passion for high-tech solutions and exceptional client service.
Your Role
As a key member of the team, you will independently manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Leasehold and freehold transactions
- Registered and unregistered property matters
- Sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages

You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client journey, progressing matters efficiently while maintaining impeccable file organisation.
Skills & Experience Required
To thrive in this role, the following skills and experience are essential:
- Qualified professional (CILEx, SRA, or CLC) with at least 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Proven ability to independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Results-driven approach with the ability to meet billing targets
