Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (5 + PQE)
Location: North East Derbyshire
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full time, office-based
Holiday: 25 days plus statutory bank holidays
We are currently working with an established high street law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE who is looking for a long-term role within a friendly, well-established local practice.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients and other parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, with dedicated support staff provided for your sole use, allowing you to focus on fee earning and client work. This is a full-time, office-based position.

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Have strong experience managing their own caseload
- Be confident handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers
- Have excellent client care and communication skills
- Be able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Be comfortable working in a traditional high street law firm environment
- Be looking for a long-term, office-based opportunity
