Residential Conveyancer, 3+ Years' PQE, Hertfordshire / Hybrid, Circa £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

THE ROLE:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded property team in Hertfordshire. You'll enjoy managing a varied and interesting caseload from instruction through to completion, working with an established client base and supported by an experienced team committed to delivering exceptional client service.

You will advise on a broad range of residential property matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership and other residential conveyancing matters

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Legal Executives with at least 3 years' experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be confident managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of client care and build lasting client relationships.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Be commercially aware, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
