Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Woking, Surrey

Buglear Bate is a long-established high street Law Firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and client care. They are now looking for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their property team.
This role offers the chance to handle quality residential conveyancing work in a friendly, well-run team where you will have direct face-to-face client contact.

As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload across a broad range of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- Land acquisition
Experience Required
- 2+ PQE Residential Property experience
- Qualified Solicitor | Legal Executive
- Strong experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions
- Confident managing a varied caseload
- Client-focused, personable, and commercially aware
- Strong relationship management skills
