About the Role

You Will Manage Your Own Residential Conveyancing Caseload From Instruction Through To Completion, Dealing With a Broad Range Of Matters Including

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Registered and unregistered land

You will be supported by experienced colleagues, modern case management systems, dedicated compliance resources and a substantial flow of quality work generated through the firm’s established introducer relationships and marketing activities.
