Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Legal Executives with 3–5 years’ PQE and proven residential development, plot sales or new build sales experience.

• Experience managing residential transactions including sales, purchases and refinancing is essential.
• Experience drafting estate documentation would be advantageous, as would some commercial property experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision and managing a demanding caseload to developer deadlines and targets.
