Residential Development Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, GBP 60,000+ (DOE)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor looking to undertake high-quality development work within a collaborative and ambitious firm that enjoys an outstanding reputation amongst landowners, developers, and investors.

JOB REF: 4758

The Role

You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include conditional contracts, promotion agreements, land acquisition and disposal transactions, strategic land matters, development site transactions, and general residential development advice. The role offers exposure to complex and rewarding work, providing an opportunity to become a trusted adviser to clients throughout the development lifecycle.

Skills Required

Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE. You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment. You will be confident dealing directly with clients and professional contacts, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.
