Residential Legal Secretary
As a Residential Legal Secretary in the professional services sector, you'll be supporting the smooth day-to-day running of property-related legal matters. Your role will involve assisting fee earners with administrative tasks and ensuring everything stays on track.

A professional services organisation based in Worthing.
Description
- Provide administrative support to fee earners in residential property matters.
- Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage and organise diaries, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring queries are directed appropriately.
- Maintain and update client files and records accurately.
- Assist with billing and other financial administrative tasks.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external parties professionally.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal standards.

Profile
A successful Residential Legal Secretary should have:
- Experience in a similar legal secretarial role, ideally in residential property.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.

Job Offer
- Permanent position in the professional services sector.
- Salary between £27,000 and £30,000, dependent on the level of experience.
