Role Description

The Residential Lettings Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bournemouth. The role involves supporting the lettings team with day-to-day administration, including preparing tenancy agreements, managing application paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and updating internal systems. Responsibilities include coordinating viewing appointments, handling incoming calls and email enquiries, and providing clear information to prospective and current residents. The administrator will assist with referencing, move-in and move-out processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant lettings procedures. The role also requires close collaboration with property managers and negotiators to help deliver a smooth experience for clients and residents.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, landlords, and colleagues.
  • Experience or interest in Property Management and Lettings, with an understanding of residential rental processes and compliance.
  • Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, data entry, file management, and use of office software.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar digital tools; experience with property or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an office environment and to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in an estate agency, lettings, or similar customer-focused property role is beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in administration, property, or business is an advantage but not essential.
