REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL CARE
📍 Leicestershire | 💷 £52,000+ + Enhanced Package
Evergreen Residential Care LTD is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead and shape a high-quality children’s residential service in Leicestershire.
This is not simply another Registered Manager position.
We are looking for an ambitious, values-driven leader with a proven track record of delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people — someone who wants to build an exceptional service, develop a high-performing team and create a home that genuinely changes lives.
⭐ YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE REWARDED
Starting salary: £52,000+ per annum, depending on experience.
For candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes, exceptional leadership and sustained excellence in children's residential care, we are prepared to offer a significantly enhanced remuneration package.

🎯 WE WANT THE BEST
You will ideally have:
- ✔️ Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
- ✔️ A strong understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- ✔️ A demonstrable history of achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes
- ✔️ Exceptional leadership and people-management skills
- ✔️ Strong knowledge of children's homes regulations and quality standards
- ✔️ The ability to recruit, develop and inspire an outstanding team
- ✔️ A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
- ✔️ The ambition, confidence and commercial awareness to help build an exceptional service
