Cluttons Marketing Team: Residential Marketing Specialist (Fixed-Term)

This is a 9 - 12 month fixed-term Associate-level opportunity for a digitally savvy residential marketing specialist to join Cluttons' Marketing team during a period of maternity cover. The role supports the full breadth of the residential sector – both B2B and B2C, going beyond agency to encompass the wider residential offer, and requires someone who genuinely understands how to market property and the services within it to a discerning residential audience.

You will take ownership of our residential social media presence and content output, while also contributing to central marketing activity, client communications and the delivery of our flagship Residential Forecast event in January. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that demands both creative confidence and strong organisational discipline with a results driven focus.

You will work within a small but well-regarded marketing and business development team and will need to be able to deliver at both a strategic and hands on level.

Responsibilities

Social Media and Digital Content

  • Provide overview of Cluttons current Digital presence for Residential, ensuring budget is being spent where it needs to be – this will be across paid and organic – and report on outcomes
  • Manage the relationship with our SEO provider working with them to continually improve the website status and reach
  • Own and manage Cluttons' residential Instagram channel (the main social media channel for our residential agency team) maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand presence, increasing engagement and followers
  • Develop and deliver a content calendar that reflects the full residential sector including quarterly residential research (produced by research), property features, team profiles and sector news
  • Create compelling content across formats, including copy, graphics, short-form video and photography briefs, working with external suppliers where needed
  • Monitor channel performance, analyse engagement data and use insight to continuously improve content strategy and reach
  • Provide monthly reports to the residential board
  • Stay current with digital trends and platform developments relevant to the residential property market

Central Marketing and Communications

  • Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and client mailers to best support our Residential teams across Agency, Valuations, Residential Advisory, Property Management and Project and Building Consultancy, working within the firm's CRM and email platform
  • Maintain and update residential content across the Cluttons website
  • Support the production of pitch documents, property brochures and other client-facing collateral, ensuring brand consistency throughout
  • Collaborate with the wider BD and Marketing team on firm-wide campaigns where residential input is required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
