Start Date: ASAP, no later than 1st October 2026

Salary: £65,000–£75,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience

Job Overview

A lovely private family is seeking an energetic, warm and flexible Nanny to support the care of their two boys, born January 2023 and November 2024, as well as a new baby due in October 2026. The family’s previous nanny was with them for 2 years and left to go on maternity leave; their current nanny has been with them since October 2025, and they are now looking for a second nanny as their family grows. The new baby will have a maternity nurse for the first 6–7 months.

The children are happy and in good routines. This is a shared care role working alongside the mother and current nanny. Both parents are very involved, and the father works from home in London and Barbados.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
